LogFusion Advanced Settings

Warning: These settings should generally not be used, unless you require the functionality they provide. These can be configured in the LogFusion Settings window, by clicking the "Advanced Settings" button.

Confirmations: Don't Show Confirm Prompt when Clearing the Log

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\HideConfirmPrompt_ClearLog
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: A confirmation prompt is shown when clearing the log (default)
1: No confirmation prompt is shown when clearing the log
Versions:1.3.0+
Use this setting to hide the "Are you sure you want to clear this log" prompt.

Confirmations: Don't Show Confirm Prompt when Closing Logs

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\HideConfirmPrompt_CloseLog
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: A confirmation prompt is shown when closing logs (default)
1: No confirmation prompt is shown when closing logs
Versions:2.1.0+
Use this setting to prevent LogFusion from showing the "Are you sure you want to close..." messages.

Confirmations: Don't Show Confirm Prompt when Copying Rows

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\HideConfirmPrompt_SuccessCopy
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: A confirmation prompt is shown when copying rows (default)
1: No confirmation prompt is shown when copying rows
Versions:1.3.0+
Use this setting to hide the "Copied Successfully" messages you receive after copying lines in LogFusion.

General: Disable ClearType

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\DisableClearType
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: ClearType font rendering will be Enabled (default)
1: ClearType font rendering will be Disabled
Versions:2.0.6+
This setting will prevent LogFusion from using ClearType font rendering. LogFusion must be restarted for this setting to take effect.

General: Force Auto-Scroll to be Enabled Always

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\ForceAutoScrollEnabled
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: Auto-Scroll will use the per-log setting (default)
1: Auto-Scroll will always be enabled
Versions:2.1.0+
This setting will force LogFusion to always scroll to the bottom of log files.

General: Line Height Padding

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\LineHeightPadding
Type:REG_SZ
Values:-20 to 20
Default:0
Versions:1.1.1+
This setting is used to increase or decrease the line height in LogFusion. For example, use a value of 5 to make each line 5 pixels taller, or a value or -2 to make each line 2 pixels smaller. LogFusion must be restarted for this setting to take effect.

General: Log Update Interval (in MS)

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\LogUpdateInterval
Type:REG_SZ
Values:250 to 60000
Default:1000
Versions:2.1.0+
This setting forces LogFusion to use a specific polling interval when updating the logs. This is useful if you have issues with logs on network computers, where you want to poll less frequently. The value is in milliseconds, so a value of 1000 is equal to 1 second.

General: Show Filename Only for Debug Output

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\DebugOutputFilenameOnly
Type:REG_SZ
Values:
0: The complete path is shown (default)
1: Only the filename is shown
Versions:2.1.0+
This setting forces LogFusion to only show the filename for Debug Output logs, not the complete path.

General: Text Filter Delay

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\TextFilterDelay
Type:REG_SZ
Values:A number between 50 and 5000
Default:250
Versions:1.2.1+
This setting controls how long the text filter waits before attempting to filter the log. The default is 500ms. Set this to a higher value if you deal with large log files, and a lower value if you deal with smaller logs.

General: ToolTip Max Length

Key:HKCU\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\ToolTipLengthMax
Type:REG_SZ
Values:0 to 20000
Default:200
Versions:2.0.2+
This setting controls the maximum length for tooltips. The default is 200 characters.
