I had to set my monitor to the same resolution as yours, as well as setting it to 125%. We'll hopefully get this all fixed up for the next version

The scrollbar is there with markings and I see all the log.

The setting in windows said that 125% was 'standard', I believe, because of my screen resolution. Things are tiny but usable on my screen now.

This may be a problem with constant docking & undocking of my laptop. I'm not sure if windows changes scaling between laptop screen and multiple monitors.
