I can't see that any other runtime version is present. In a day or two I'll try on a BRAND NEW install. This is an older machine that also has VS2008. The MOST unusual thing is that it worked the FIRST time I installed it. But now, even reverting to a snapshot from last November and then installing I get the same error.

While trying different things to bring forward settings from another x64 installation something in .NET broke. Removing LF and reinstalling did not help. Have not yet tried removing the .NET 7 runtime. Maybe some other special registry key needs to be rest?
