Quote:
Right now the Watched Folders are pretty simple. When LogFusion is running, it will automatically open any new file that gets created in the Watched Folder (and matches the filter you specified for the folder). So if it loads a file called file1.log, then the next day, a new file called file2.log gets created, it will open that as well as leaving file1.log open.

Are you looking to have it automatically close file1.log when it opens file2.log?

Picking up on this, and adding my original thought:
- Would it be possible to have the file that is opened in the Watched Folder also automatically pick up the column and highlight settings in effect for the previous (probably now dead) file in the same folder?

Often web server log files have a good few columns: maybe the column/highlight settings could be associated with a file name pattern, rather than just a file name ?
