Hi,

I have seen several situations where there are more lines in the log file than I can see in LogFusion 6.2. Here's a screenshot of the bottom of it where you can see that it says there are supposedly 3,014 lines in the file (according to the status bar) and the scroll thumb has gone down behind the status bar and even though it is all the way down, the last visible line is 3011. I'd like to see lines 3012, 3013, and 3014, but they are concealed behind the status bar and below. It doesn't matter if I have the LogFusion window maximized or not either. This happens either way. And using other apps to view the file confirms that there are indeed additional lines which are not being shown.

I've run into this before as well, but we haven't been able to track it down yet. Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info?

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Hi Keith. Sure. None of my logs are having the issue today, but you may find something from the info...

Thanks! I'm able to reproduce it on demand now by doing the following:
  • Close all open logs
  • Minimize LogFusion
  • Double-click a log file in Explorer
  • Restore LogFusion

Is that what seems to do it for you as well? If so, if LogFusion is not minimized when you open the log, does it load correctly?

Just a follow-up to let you know that this should be all fixed up in LogFusion 6.2.1 :)

Thanks!
