It's not currently possible to allow only part of a line to be copied due to the type of control we have to use for rendering the log lines. However, I will add this to our feature request list, in case we're able to implement it in the future.

Regarding the copy confirmation message, you can actually disable it using the "Don't show confirm prompt when copying rows" option in the Advanced Settings (button at the bottom of the regular settings window).

We've just released LogFusion 5.0 Beta 1 (https://www.logfusion.ca/Download/Beta), and you can now double-click a log line to show it in a new text box that will allow you to copy parts of the line.
