Already resolved via email but I'll post the reply here in case it helps anyone else as well:

If you're ok with sending all of your settings, you can export the whole deal via the Export Settings button on the options tab. If you just want to send the log settings for that one log, you can do this via regedit. Navigate down to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\LogFusion\LogSources key, and then find the subkey (they're all guids, so you'll have to look for the filename in the Source value) and then export that.
