Only loads 1000 lines

My application log has 26,000 entries. LogFusion will only load 1000 lines.

I've turned OFF limit number of bytes to load
I've set maximum loaded lines to 50,000
I've restarted the app
I'm running 4.8
ALL Event logs are affected and will only load 1000 lines

What else can I try?

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached

So 9,999 is the limit? I can't specify more than that?

How does Event Viewer load 26,000 seemingly instantly? Maybe it's paged and Home/End just make it seem like they're all loaded.

We had set 9,999 as the limit due to performance, but we can raise it, I've added it to our list.
