I am using LogFusion Pro 7.1 and I am having trouble finding any proper documentation for the current version. Is there an up-to-date user manual that reflects the actual UI and available features in 7.x?
The LogFusion website advertises a “Watched Folders” feature that automatically adds new log files from monitored folders. In LogFusion Pro 7.1, I cannot find any option in the UI or settings to configure or manage watched folders. I also tried to research this via ChatGPT, but could not find a consistent or reliable explanation of how this feature is supposed to work in 7.1.
Can you explain whether Watched Folders are supported in LogFusion Pro 7.1, and if so, where and how they are configured?

You'll find it in the LogFusion Settings > Log Categories > Change the type to "Watched Folder".

Thanks, and then how to use it?
It will watch for any log files added to the folder specified, and open them in LogFusion. You can specify the folder in the "Match Settings" section, and you can have it filter on specific file names within that folder in the "Log File Filter" box, if you would like.
